Health and Safety as a Top Priority
Health and safety are a number one priority for you, your pets, and the Four Seasons For Paws team! COVID has been a very real threat to all of us this past year. We have devised a plan to ensure that we are minimizing as much risk of spreading the virus as we can.
Customized Service Plan and Initial Meeting
If you are new to Four Seasons For Paws and are considering using our services, know that we will customize a plan for your home and your pets. We need to meet with you and your pets before we can begin services. We will wear a mask, maintain a six foot distance, and use hand sanitizer before and after the meeting. We will discuss a plan to minimize contact with the surfaces in your home for future visits. During future visits we will also sanitize any touched surfaces before leaving.
Contactless Visits and Walks
If you will be home when services are provided, we can set up contactless visits and walks! Your dog can be on an outdoor lead or in a fenced area when we arrive. We will play with your dog in the designated area, or we can put the leash on and head out for a nice walk. We will leave your pets in the same place at the end of the visit. We will also sanitize leashes and touched equipment before leaving.
Team Member Hygiene Practices
All team members are required to wash their hands before and after visits or use hand sanitizer when washing is not available. Team members are only required to wear masks when coming into close contact with our clients. However, if you would prefer that we wear a mask when inside your home, please let us know. We will be more than happy to accommodate your request!
